Service Description
Experience a deeply integrative session designed to restore balance and ease both physical and emotional stress. Grounded in Systematic Kinesiology, Embodied Wellbeing listens to your body’s innate wisdom to identify and release patterns that no longer serve you. Each session is tailored uniquely to your needs, combining muscle testing, emotional stress release, and gentle energetic techniques to support nervous system regulation and holistic healing. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, feeling stuck emotionally, or simply seeking greater clarity and vitality, this session offers a compassionate space to reconnect with your whole self. Bring any supplements you are currently taking to the session as I will test them on you. Wear loose and comfortable clothing (preferably trousers as I will be working on arms and legs) Please note kinesiologists do not give medical advice and consider that your GP is responsible for your primary healthcare.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. The full fee will be due if this notice isn't given as it too short notice to fill your appointment. You must have an account to amend or cancel your booking online. If you need to cancel please send a text message to 089-6169243 message and you r request will be dealt with. We do ask for your cooperation in this matter as your appointment could be given to someone else who is waiting. Booking deposits for sessions are non-refundable. If you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your session to ensure that we are not running late for following clients.
