At Infinite Wellbeing, I offer Embodied Wellbeing sessions, a heart-led, body-based approach to healing grounded in Systematic Kinesiology.

This work supports you to reconnect with yourself, release physical and emotional stress, and restore balance in a way that feels respectful, intuitive, and sustainable.

At the heart of every session is deep listening - to your body, your nervous system, and the patterns that may be contributing to physical symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection.

Rather than applying a fixed protocol, each session is guided by what your body is ready to reveal, release, and rebalance.

This is a gentle yet powerful process that meets you exactly where you are.

About Helena

I am a qualified Systematic Kinesiologist, educator, and facilitator with a background in the arts, education, and holistic wellbeing.

My work is rooted in supporting people to find balance, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am also a Wellness Advocate for DOTERRA Oils which forms part of my wider, embodied approach to wellbeing. You can explore the oils and how to get started by clicking here.
