Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. The full fee will be due if this notice isn't given as it too short notice to fill your appointment. You must have an account to amend or cancel your booking online. If you need to cancel please send a text message to 089-6169243 message and you r request will be dealt with. We do ask for your cooperation in this matter as your appointment could be given to someone else who is waiting. Booking deposits for sessions are non-refundable. If you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your session to ensure that we are not running late for following clients.
